This was a emotional read. If you love historical fiction.....you must read! Reading this brought me to realize how terrible the First World War was from the loss of life, separation of loved ones due to war, the love of brothers going through the thick of it sacrificing their life to serve country.......more

Great read After reading the market stall I just had to read this next sequal and I am so glad I did I read the whole book in one go I just couldn't put it down Annemarie brought the characters to life I highly recommend these two books you won't be dissapointed......more

I enjoyed the first book so much that I couldn't wait to read this one to find out what happened to Noah and Beth. It was so well written and easy to read that I couldn't put it down. Lovely story even though so sad at times. I hope there will be a third book.......more
