Synopsis

They used to call her the Bon-Bon Heiress. As one of Bon-Bon Chocolates heiresses, Tiffany Bonander grew up in New York with a silver spoon, a heart of gold, and a lifelong supply of sweets. But now her life is falling apart. Recent changes in cocoa supply from Ecuador are threatening the quality of the family’s chocolate and sales are down. Add to that Tiff’s penchant for falling in love quickly and breaking engagements at the last minute…Now they call her the Bon-Voyage Bride.

Jackson Hardaway is trekking through the Andes in Ecuador as a tribute to a fallen comrade. He didn’t expect to meet a beautiful damsel in distress and her three fairy godmothers…er, trio of meddlesome nuns…on his journey. But everything in Ecuador is bigger – the trees, the snakes, the attraction. Is this love? Or just another case made to label Tiff a Runaway Bride? Find out in The Wedding Promise by Melinda Curtis.

This was a fun read. Definitely hits on the insta love (they were together what a day) but I didn’t mind because I could feel their chemistry. I do wish some more time had gone by especially because they plan to get legit married off that one damn day together despite not seeing each other for month......more

I didn't know that this was another instalove story, so it didn't work for me. It was okay and the issues and plot were laid out fine, but I just didn't like how they fell in love so fast. Also, I didn't like the ending. I will still try book 2 though because I heard it's better!......more

Tiffany Bonander is in the middle of an Ecuadorian rainforest in her pink rain slicker to try to reestablish her grandfather’s abandoned cocoa plantation. If her daddy had made a few sound management decisions and squandered less money perhaps he wouldn’t have run the family chocolate business into......more

3.5 stars Two complaints . First this is a short story not a book. Second, this is a cliffhanger. WHY write a short story that is a cliffhanger? This is a cute, funny story. It grabs your attention from the beginning and holds on till the end. The characters are well developed and I enjoy the authors......more

Tiff and Jax are there for different reasons, but both to mend/ find themselves. Can opposites find attraction? Loved the jungle and the creatures, I felt like I was there.......more
