Synopsis

Why do 4 in every 5 employees quit their job?

According to research, it's because they don't feel appreciated. Maybe this employee is you. Or maybe
you’re a manager wanting to hold on to good people. Either way, appreciation is the key to a workplace people care about.

Dr. Paul White, a psychologist and leading workplace authority, unpacks the obstacles holding you back from authentic appreciation. An audio book both for leaders and employees, The Vibrant Workplace explains:

• Why people resist appreciation
• What appreciation is and isn’t
• How to express it in various settings
• How to fight negativity
• How to initiate appreciation... and more!

Packed with real-life stories, practical help, and astute insight into organizational dynamics, The Vibrant Workplace will equip you to transform your workplace culture, retain valued employees, and build a more successful team.
