A graduate of Columbia University’s medical school, Dr. Ashton is board certified in OB-GYN and obesity medicine, and maintains a private clinical practice in New Jersey. She lives in New York City with her two children.

I think that I was expecting a lot more from this book but it is full of common sense tips to live a healthier lifestyle.
