About Jeff Alworth

Jeff Alworth is a writer living in Portland, Oregon. His current project is The Secrets of Master Brewers, scheduled for release in 2017. In August 2015, Workman Publishing released his comprehensive guide to beer, The Beer Bible, and the following month, Chronicle Books released his introduction to cider called Cider Made Simple.

When he's not working on a book, he can be found writing about beer at his blog, Beervana, and All About Beer, where he writes a weekly column. He also co-hosts the Beervana Podcast, where he and Oregon State University economics professor Patrick Emerson discuss beer and the economics of beer.
