I heard Jack Lannom speak at a FCCI Conference and was interested in concept of building trust around 7 Qualities: Character, Competence, Confidence, Caring, Communication, Consistency, Commitment. The book didn't specifically deal with them, but mentioned them. It was a great talk on building TRUST......more
