I would search elsewhere for valid health information. There is some good information in the book but nothing new to me. It is written in way that seems like the reader is in third grade. I can't wait to try the recipes at the back of the book; they look great! I wasn't overly impressed with the information in the chapters though. I got tired of hearing about my "Little Buddies", and the overuse of transition words annoying so I've rated it 3 out of 5 stars.......more
