If you’re looking for an old-fashioned pulp-style adventure tale to lose yourself in, you can’t do better than this early Jack Higgins novel. Not one of Higgins' best, which is not particularly surprising since it is one of the first few books he had published. Not a complete waste of time, but it definitely won't be a book I'll remember for very long.......more
