Synopsis

Greta Russakoff loves her tight-knit family and tiny Maine hometown, but they can't seem to understand what it's like to be a lesbian living in such a small world. When an act of familial meddling goes way too far, she realizes just how desperately she needs space to figure out who she is. Truman Belvedere's heart is crushed when he learns that his boyfriend has a secret life, including a husband and daughter. Reeling, all he wants is a place to lick his wounds far far away from Louisiana. Enter a mutual friend with a life-altering idea: swap homes for the holidays. For one perfect month, Greta and Truman will have a chance to experience a whole new world...and maybe fall in love with the partner of their dreams. But all holidays must come to an end, and eventually these two transplants will have to decide whether the love (and found family) they each discovered so far from home is worth fighting for.

About Roan Parrish

Roan Parrish is the author of four series and several standalone books. When not writing, she can usually be found cutting her friends' hair, meandering through whatever city she's in while listening to torch songs and melodic death metal or cooking overly elaborate meals. She lives in Philadelphia, where she is writing love stories in every genre.

About Natalie Duke

Natalie Duke began her voiceover career at the ripe old age of eight. She took a break for a while to grow up, and, when she returned, she discovered the wonderful world of audiobooks. With over fifty titles under her metaphorical belt, she has contributed her youthful yet sophisticated, snarky yet emotive voice to almost every genre of fiction that exists (with a little bit of nonfiction thrown in as well).

About Pete Cross

A multiple Earphones Awards winner and Audie finalist, he was nominated for a SOVAS award for his narration of Moby Dick and received the 2022 Audie Award for Ryan La Sala’s Be Dazzled and the 2023 Odyssey Award for Ryan La Sala’s The Honeys.

About Hillary Huber

To be honest, my rating is around 2.5 stars, especially since I almost DNFed during the epilogue. I have a lot of thoughts about this story, and some may be rambling so bear with me. First of all,......more

This was SO good!! The Holiday Trap hooked me with the premise (The Holiday but make it queer? sign me up!) and kept me with the lovely romances (heartwarming AND steamy) and the exploration of complicated family issues. This was fantastic and I was equally invested in both relationships. Greta is a......more
