This book is deceptive. It is written in a simple style (author even alludes to why this style has come about in a chapter) but it is deep and thorough. It does not say what you'd expect it to say. This book provides some great food for thought on what is required to foster a culture that thrives on its sense of urgency. I enjoyed listening to the book, and pondering about the ideas presented, but the book could be a bit more practical on making sense of urgency happen.......more
