I really like how Mr. Flagg has let us in on his secrets to success and how he goes about his every day life. One thing that stuck with me the most aside from a billion dollar mentality is that he believes he doesn't sell garbage. I am going into my entrepreneurship believing I don't sell garbage.......more

While this book can benefit you if you work in any type of sales and as the author points out there methods you can use to benefit you in as the title implies in negotiations. I didn’t read anything on the book before diving in which is hilarious because I thought this was a book on sales negotiations which it kind of is. It is more so a book about selling high end real estate in LA as well as the author trying to tell you how hard he’s worked for everything while brushin......more
