About Michael Martin

A decade ago mothers from around the world contacted Michael Martin. They told him their babies were born blind. They believed a pesticide was at fault. This is the genesis of The Crestfallen Rose. Martin, a former district attorney, is a longtime litigator of environmental poisons that affect people and plants. Michael has litigated many trials involving dangerous products. He earned an English degree from the University of the South, Sewanee, and a law degree from the University of Florida. Martin lives in Lakeland, Florida, with his wife and daughters. About Amanda Fellows

Amanda Fellows experienced a great childhood in Warsaw, Indiana, with tight-knit neighbors and wide-open spaces. Purdue University engineering, a sales career in the corporate world, living in Mexico for ten years, and raising an amazing daughter as a self-employed single mom provide Amanda with a vast backdrop of resources. Amanda is a full-time voice talent currently residing in Indianapolis and is always looking to tell the next good story.

The basic legal story was good. The writing was disjointed and felt like chapters were left unfinished. The narrator might have been the worst I have heard. You could hear her inhalations, swallowing, and over bodily functions. Her reading style was monotone. Every character sounded the same and lac......more

OUTSTANDING READ....the author puts you in the place of action and my inclination was to get a map to see it for sure....lots of locations, action and suspense.....spellbinding and hard to put it down but I wanted to savor the plot so I had to slow down and absorb everything.....
