Synopsis

I never read any of Shelley Shepard Gray's Amish books, but this one looked interesting. Like most of the Amish stories out there, it is full of hardship and sadness. I've not read too many amish books, but this one just didn't do a whole lot for me. I think I liked it mostly because I live pretty close to where the story took place, which for me was the most exciting thing about this book.
