Excellent book on combat in Vietnam. The 180 men of Mike Company 3/5 were ambushed by 3 regiments of NCA - app 4000 men, & won the battle. Took place in one day. This book gives a raw look at what it's really like to be in a firefight—the chaos, the noise, and the adrenaline. It also does a great job of covering what the survivors went through after the war.
