This book has some wonderful stories in it, especially one called - If We Had Hurried; it is a story about Hiroshima. Other good ones are Home Coming, Tale of 3 Trees, Secret of the Gifts, and Selling the Cattle! I was surprised at the treasures contained in it!......more

I would say that this book has a “chicken soup for the soul” kind of feel. I honestly would not quite consider it a short stories compilation as there were several poems, quotes, and single paragraph tales versus a book of only short stories. Some of them were very loving and one definitely gave me......more
