Synopsis

The first audiobook in the Sisters of Salem trilogy about twin witches from the powerhouse duo P.C. and Kristin Cast!

Double double, twins spell trouble…

Hunter and Mercy Goode are twin witches, direct descendants of the founder of their town of Goodeville. As their ancestors have done before them, it is now time for the twins to learn what it means to be Gatekeepers–the protectors of the Gates to different underworlds, ancient portals between their world and realms where mythology rules and nightmares come to life.

When their mother becomes the first victim in a string of murders, the devastated sisters vow to avenge her death. But it will take more than magic to rein in the ancient mythological monsters who’ve infected their peaceful town.

Now Hunter and Mercy must come together and accept their destiny or risk being separated for good.

A Macmillan Audio production from Wednesday Books

I would give the prologue 5 stars if I could. I thought it was brilliant. I wanted more of it. I wanted to know what happened to Sarah Goode and......more

It was so much fun to write the points of view of both Hunter and the antagonist. Some of the books I've written have taken a lot out of me and have been tough to finish, but Spells Trouble was different. Being in this world with Hunter and Mercy really healed me and brought me joy when I needed it......more

Spells Trouble by PC Cast and Kristen Cast ⭐⭐/5 Unfortunately this book was as flat as old soda. It read like a middle grade book (or a corny, silly, satirical movie) and then *bam* you get hit with a sex scene that doesn't help the progression of the plot at all. There were a lot of uneccessery detai......more

Spells Trouble by P.C. Cast, Kristin Cast is supposed to be the first book of a new young adult paranormal fantasy series featuring a set of sixteen year old twin witches. However, I’m using the word supposed there due to the fact that one of my biggest problems with this one is it didn’t seem to kn......more
