This isn't a bad book, but it's a bad V.C. Andrews book. Take out "the poisoned boy" (and anyone whose read Flowers in the Attic can guess what's up with that), and this is the story of a teenage girl dealing with a major life change and how upset she is at the way her grandfather handles it. I read this series understanding it was not written by the original author but did have hopes of it revealing new secrets. Sadly, I found them to be disappointing. The first 2 did not reveal anything new, and this final one seemed very pointless. Would sadly not recommend.......more
