The detectives discover the victim had a connection to an old case they thought was closed, involving Patrick Valdez's and A.J.'s past relationships with Detective Adam Potter. A killer is out hunting people down who were involved with Patrick’s deceased abusive ex, and Patrick’s on the killer’s radar. Adam has to keep Patrick safe and watch his own back as the killer gets closer.
