Synopsis

He’s the last man she should trust. She’s the one woman he can’t walk away from. In the ruthless world of Texas rodeo, love is the riskiest ride of all.

Violet Jacobs runs her rodeo through sheer will and grit. As a single mother fighting to save her family’s legacy, she’s used to holding the line alone. But she never expected her best chance at survival would come in the form of Joe Cassidy—a cocky, charismatic bullfighter as unpredictable as the bulls he faces, and the last man she should trust with her heart.

Joe didn’t come to Texas looking for roots. Haunted by secrets and running from a troubled past, he planned to keep moving. But the moment he steps into Violet’s world—her messy, loyal family, her relentless devotion, her fierce courage—he discovers a challenge he can’t walk away from. The more he’s drawn in, the more he glimpses the kind of belonging he never thought he could have.

With the rodeo season on the line and the family business hanging by a thread, Violet and Joe must navigate dangerous competition, stubborn hearts, and the high-stakes thrills of life behind the chutes. As they battle for a future neither dared to imagine, they’ll discover that some risks are worth everything—and that in Texas, love can be the bravest gamble of all.
