OMG (initialism). If ever a book needed an editor, this is THE one. It is PAINFUL, which is a real pity, because Tim Noakes the man is wonderful, Tim Noakes the professor is amazing, but the book goes on and on and on and says the same thing over and over and on and on and on. Interesting and scary read… What happens when scientists and scholars cozy up to dogma? You get what happened to Prof. Tim Noakes. Scary to think scientists would dogmatically push a diet that seems to be directly related to the dramatic rise in IR and all its attendant diseases.......more
