Synopsis

The Bina Shea call us a 'Dead Swarm'. We may resemble a swarm, but we're not quite dead yet. We are very much alive. We're human. Always remain human, as Prometheus used to say. These words can have many meanings but right now, their message is perfectly clear to all of us Incarnators.

You who are reading these lines, remember: we're about to face death because we want to stay human.

Ave!

Guided by Prometheus's directive, Grey and his fellow Incarnators are heading for the Black Moon in order to complete Stellar's final mission.

Accompanied by the allied Swarm of the Bina Shea, they must transport the Nucleus into the hostile depths of the anomalous planetoid. But in order to do so, they must retrace the steps of the long-perished First Legion and discover the dark secrets of the Black Moon.

About Roman Prokofiev

Roman Prokofiev is a bestselling Russian author who writes in the LitRPG, gamelit, and cyberpunk genres. Roman started writing at an early age, inspired by fantasy authors including J. R. R. Tolkien, Robert Jordan, and Glen Cook. These days, he can't remember what he did with those first tentative drafts-and in any case, they couldn't have been that brilliant, because Roman moved on, focusing on his studies, starting a family, and running his own business.

Still, he always remained a passionate gamer and a voracious reader of fantasy. That's why the LitRPG genre struck a chord with him: Roman couldn't help comparing his early writing to the bestselling works in the genre, until one day he decided to try his hand at LitRPG too.

Back in Russia, his very first books immediately became popular with readers, topping book charts, and were promptly released in paperback and audio by Russia's leading traditional publishers.

Roman loves nothing better than to come up with an exciting story. So, if you prefer heroes who wander off the beaten track to face breakneck adventures in original and well-crafted worlds, Roman's books offer you a chance to indulge.

To pump up his ratings, news anchor Prometheus cooks up an April’s Fool con with his buddies. In the meantime, scientist Pandora makes a strange discovery. A great, delightful story. Prometheus and his group of fun-loving friends cook up an April's Fools Day prank. Pandora works with a group of misogynistic jerks.  It turned out that Prometheus had more depth than the initial prank led me to expect. And Pandora had more scientific curiosity than all of......more

Prometheus is desperate to keep his news anchor job, he has heard rumblings of his potential replacement if he can't get his rating up. Another funny, cute, short read in the colony world the author has constructed. I appreciated that, whilst it started as a joke to the male lead, Prometheus, he never ridiculed the female lead, Dora, and made a point of rebuking her misogynistic male colleagues. I like that they approached the issue......more
