Private Parties

One night. One chance. One pair - a chauffeur and his boss’s wife - who have to steal their way to freedom. Or is there a tiger behind that door?
Eddie knows he's a trouble magnet, but driving for Roger Carver was supposed to be different—a real job, decent pay, a fresh start. Instead, he gets torture. When his sadistic boss gets sick before an elite fundraiser, Eddie can’t resist. Impersonating Roger, Eddie tastes the high life he’s always craved—until Roger’s beautiful young wife Chantal appears and whispers that she’s trapped. Chased by the cops and Roger’s hitman, Chantal and Eddie race through New York's glittering upper crust, robbing the wealthy and exposing their kinkiest secrets. Cosplay, drugs, larceny, voodoo, all the rot beneath wealth’s polished surface is revealed. With Chantal’s dark wisdom, Eddie discovers he has talents he never knew existed: deception, demagoguery, and the ability to make the powerful confess their sins. But as the body count rises and Roger’s forces close in, Eddie realizes this isn’t just about the money—it’s about proving that a nobody from Red Hook can dance with the gods. Or will Eddie’s unique magnetism for trouble do him in?
