While he waited for her to respond, he wondered what she might be thinking. He found it hard to believe that his wife was actually contemplating whether or not to agree to his plan. Eventually, she replied. “Okay. You can buy it then.”He clapped his hands together in glee. “Yes. I knew it. Darling, you are going to love it so much.”“What else are you going to buy?”“What else?
