Synopsis

In this audiobook, biographies of these two criminals are being explored:Charles Manson - Charles Milles Manson was an American crook who led the Manson Family, a cult based in California, in the late 1960s. He got involved in the Church of Scientology and had a difficult childhood. Going to jail twice didn’t teach him the lesson he was supposed to learn, and eventually, he was incarcerated a third time.Perhaps through the study of this short-read, you can figure out what makes a criminal and murderer, how it can be prevented, and why we do the things we do. Charles Manson’s life is an example of how things clearly went into the wrong direction. Let’s learn from him so that we don’t repeat the same mistakes.
Lizzie Borden - The infamous double murder that inspired elementary school rhymes is a controversial one: Partially because of the insidious nature and grossness of the crime and on the other hand because some people still believe the defendant is innocent. There are many reasons to believe why Lizzie killed both her parents with an axe, and there are some that could be used to argue that she didn’t.In this guide, you will learn about her background, what may have been the motive for the murders, the most important details of the trial, and much more. You will find out about what happened to Lizzie after the trial and how it has impacted American Culture.

This series has been very entertaining. I read this book out of order since I inadvertently read (or rather listened to) the next book in the series and, while listening, realized that there had to have been another book in between it and the last book I'd listened to. That didn't spoil my enjoyment......more
