It’s an album of maverick strategies, by father and son maverick thinkers Alan and Chris Burkhard. Alan’s operating philosophies have now become his son Chris’ philosophies. Initially, the intent was to curate a family legacy chronicle for future generations, but as the project progressed, a thundering undertone surfaced: Our conversations are impactful enough to integrate value into many lives. Our resounding through-line is less about chasing and more about innovative, even unconventional operating philosophies that could be considered nonconformist – they may go against norms – AND THAT’S OK! Many of us live with a gap between where we are and where we want to be.
