In this prequel, we find Eerin, Geoff, and Oran, three siblings, just trying to get by.As the oldest Geoff scrapes out a living the only way he knows how, but fighting for coin is taking a toll on his body and knows he isn’t going to be able to keep it up much longer. To complicate things, Geoff worries his younger sister is going down the dangerous path of becoming a cutpurse. However, when Geoff seeks help from a questionable source, he risks losing the high ground with Eerin and places himself and his family onto a slippery slope.
