Night of the Juggler

As the clock ticks toward October 15, the NYPD scrambles to find the serial killer who every year on that date kidnaps and murders a young girl. When the killer mistakenly kidnaps the daughter of tough excop Luther Boyd, the search intensifies into a fastpaced manhunt through the gritty streets of New York City.
