Synopsis

Kadan Montague—a genetically enhanced warrior—is called back from an important assignment in Europe to investigate a series of brutal murders. The suspect is a fellow GhostWalker, and if he isn't found, the entire GhostWalker program will be swept under the carpet, putting the lives of Kadan and all other GhostWalkers in jeopardy. Kadan turns to Tansy Meadows, an elite tracker, to help him hunt down the killer before he can strike again. Tansy's last job landed her in a hospital for six months; yet Kadan has no choice but to bring her on board. And he soon finds that with Tansy comes an entirely new set of problems.

About Christine Feehan

How many times do we hear of anyone following exactly the career path that they always dreamed of? For author, Christine Feehan, the dream came true. She talks about how she always wanted to be a writer, as far back as she can remember. She began writing at a very early age, and required her sisters to read each of her works before being sent to a publisher. Currently, her daughters help with that job......to edit and critique the work before it is submitted for publication. That is called literally, keeping it all in the family.

Feehan has always loved family time. She came from a huge family and she and her husband, Richard, had a blended family with 11 children. She is a strong advocate of women helping each other. During one period in her life, she learned self-defense, then taught it to women who had been abused.

Feehan is a consistent #1 New York Times bestselling author, with over 70 published novels. These also include five series....... Dark Series, Ghostwalker Series, Leopard Series, Drake Sisters Series, the Sisters of the Heart Series, and Torpedo Ink. In her own words......."I've been a writer all my life......it is who I am. I write for myself and always have."

While I enjoyed this book, it does have pretty graphic dominant/submissive sex in it. The whole relationship between the two main characters pretty much follows along that vein. Great plot though

Re read Still love Kade! Prior comments: 4.5 stars Yowza! Kade is HOT! I love his controlling domineering ass! He took a little time for me to warm up to. But I cannot complain at all about him. He is everything you want in an alpha who is totally gone for his woman. I mean at one point he warned her t......more

I'm obviously an addict. Christine Feehan's books are like crack for me. I know what's going to happen. I know what her heroes are like. I know there's going to be a happy ending, and in her 'GhostWalkers' series I know there will be violence...and justice. So why do I keep reading them? Because she......more

4-4 ½ stars – Paranormal Romance/Romantic Suspense It took me a while to get through this one because I wasn't in the right mood when I first started reading it and had to put it aside for a while. I tried to go back to it a few times and found that I still wasn't in the right mindset for Feehan's ov......more
