I would recommend going to Chapter 7 and get the "Mini Meditation" down and then read this excellent book. I wondered, "What is Mindfulness exactly" when I found this book in the library. My sleep quality is sometimes plagued with waking and having difficulty in getting back to sleep. No more! Just......more

Although it gets a bit repetitive at times, this certainly is a must-read for those wanting a good introduction to mindfulness. I'm working on the 8 week program (I'm currently on week 2) and it's been the best thing I've done for myself on a loooooooong time.......more
