Nope. I mean, some of his concepts are for sure correct, but in one paragraph he says the biggest mistake is skipping breakfast, and the next he says to never eat when you're not hungry. I don't eat when I'm not hungry, and that's why I won't eat breakfast. It's just the same old incorrect advice, but......more

Mind your Body is a very organized book containing principals and ideas that can be applied to any goal, not just weight loss. The advice isn't overly unique but the structure and the research is outstanding.......more
