This is a great read filled with interesting information about Mexico that I just learned. My husband is from Mexico and he even learned some things about his home country. This is a whirlwind, quick crash course in Mexican history, with a lot of emphasis on battles and military history. I listened to it as an audiobook, which is why I gave it a lower rating. The narrator has a very strange, sing song voice.......more
