Synopsis

Most memory books have nothing to offer in the way of new or original. They have been rehashing the same techniques, like memory palace and loci method, for decades. These techniques are great for remembering lists, but nothing more! They will NOT help you remember the more important aspects of your day like a crucial meeting, detailed lecture, engaging conversation, life-changing advice, or even where you put your keys.Worse their tips are complicated, so to remember something as simple as a number, you have to do all sorts of conversions into pictures, sounds, and words, and from there, create outlandish sentences, sequences, and stories.Luckily, you found this book, because it takes a completely different approach. It presents simple, yet practical tips to improve, sharpen, and refine your wonderful memory. It puts your brain in tip-top condition so you can recall any information - anytime, anywhere, and in any situation.Best of all, many of the techniques I developed and refined myself, so they are new and original and can't be found anywhere else.If you have been struggling with poor memory and want easier ways to improve it, don't miss out on the life-changing tips in this book!

Downside for me as an European citizen are the US American examples used to impress the techniques o......more

This is filled with basic memory tricks like using association, contrast, or sequence to remember things. While this may help short-term and medium-term memory, I don't think it has impact on deep learning or memory.......more
