A meatball sundae happens when good marketing ideas get mashed with each other and create something that just doesn't quite fit...have seen this happen many times; a group tasked to focus on a particular issue gets too 'ingredient' heavy...this is a great book on how to leverage new marketing tools.......more

Would've rated this two stars simply for being a book addressed to the business opportunities of a very specific point in time (late '00s).
