About Alisa Valdes-Rodriguez
Alisa Valdes-Rodriguez is an award-winning print and broadcast journalist and a former staff writer for both the Los Angeles Times and the Boston Globe. With more than one million books in print in eleven languages, she was included on Time magazine’s list of "25 Most Influential Hispanics," and was a Latina magazine Woman of the Year as well as an Entertainment Weekly Breakout Literary Star. She is the author of many novels, including Playing with Boys and The Husband Habit. Alisa divides her time between New Mexico and Los Angeles.
About Daphne Rubin-Vega
Daphne Rubin-Vega first appeared on Broadway with her debut as Mimi in the original cast of Rent. It earned her a Theater World Award, a Tony nomination as Best Actress in a musical, and a nomination for a Drama Desk Award. She's appeared in numerous other productions, including the Broadway revivals of The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Les Miserables. Her film credits include Wild Things, Flawless, Sex and the City, and Jack Goes Boating. Daphne's audiobook credits include Julia Alvarez's Finding Miracles, Alisa Valdes-Rodriguez's Make Him Look Good, and Victor Villasenor's Thirteen Senses. She was born in Panama and raised in New York City where she lives with her husband and son.

Orlagh Cassidy is the winner of the 2009 Best Voice in Children & Family Listening and the 2008 and 2011 Best Voice in Mystery & Suspense. Cassidy’s Broadway credits include Present Laughter with Frank Langella, Our Country's Good, and Suddenly Last Summer. She has appeared Off-Broadway in Bright Ideas and The Field at The Irish Rep (Drama Desk Nomination). She was "Doris Wolfe" on The Guiding Light and her other television appearances include Sex and the City, Law & Order, Law and Order SVU, and Elementary. She also appeared in the films Purple Violets, Young Adult, and Definitely, Maybe.
