I greatly enjoyed this Rabbi (a few of his attempts at humor aside), so much so I may look into a few of his podcasts. I was enjoying the book up until around about the 1 hour and 25 minute mark (of the audio book) when David Aaron is talking about being content with ourselves, and how people get lip injections to get bigger lips which is unnecessary which I guess I can agree with to a point...but then.... he says "......more

Well, I'm not converting to Kabbalah after reading this, but I definitely found it interesting and uplifting. I loved the basic ideas surrounding the study and the principles for living life. This can be done without necessarily following a religion, though.......more
