The references to "the car phone" and "the payphone" were so odd. I kept thinking, "When was this written??" After I finished it I looked and it was 1995. Didn't we have cell phones by then?! Maybe not but it is hard to believe there was a time when emergencies just had to wait until someone came by......more
A 3.5 that I rounded up because it was very fast paced an the pages turned quickly. A top notch plastic surgeon becomes the ultimate vigilante against corrupt politicians.
