I read the older 1983 edition of this book twice. A very short book and an easy read. Some helpful tips and tricks on starting and keeping conversations going, etc.... but does it lead to friendships ? :-)......more

The author does tell you in the introduction to go through his chapter list and read the ones that you feel you lack in BUT even doing that I felt like it was not really helping.
