Author Bio

Jim Butcher is the author of the Dresden Files as well as an experienced horse rider, an actor, and a self-proclaimed nerd. He read his first fantasy novel at the age of seven and continued to pursue his love of all things swords and magic through role-playing games and his own writing. When not writing, he enjoys live-action role-playing games. He currently resides with his wife, a romance writer who is way out of his league, his son, and a ferocious guard dog in Missouri.
