Christine Higdon is the author of the award-winning novel The Very Marrow of Our Bones. She has won a National Magazine Award, has been published in numerous journals, and has been nominated for CBC literary prizes. She lives part-time in Nova Scotia but mostly in Mimico, Ontario.
Emma Love is a talented audiobook narrator and actor as well as an award-winning singer. This novel is set in 1920’s in Vancouver, Canada and yet so much of what is depicted feels all too familiar.
