Really wished this book was longer. There wasn't enough plot development to really satisfy. A new enemy was introduced, and that wasn't resolved (wasn't expecting that as I am anticipating this enemy returning in future books). But there was no happy resolution at the end. Recommended I was trying to figure out why this was book 2, I realized that Ivy and Trydin's story was number 1. This is listed also as 5.5 in the full series. Even though this was confusing, the book wasn't. I loved reading about the Scotland clan. Cyprus is the leader of the group(Forge's cousin).......more
