Rob Dunn is a professor in the Department of Applied Ecology at North Carolina State University and in the Natural History Museum of Denmark at the University of Copenhagen. He is also the author of five books. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The author does takes us through a journey of how humans, (at least in the western science tradition), have gone around understanding the biological entities around them and how that understanding has changed drastically due to new ideas and discoveries.......more
