This book is really informative for those wanting to understand the aging process and be proactive in anti aging! I wish I read this in my early 20s but luckily I read it at 30. Such great information on vitamins too! Some good recipes as well! I made the oat grout risotto and it was delicious! High......more

I had split feelings on this - I can see how some of it could be true and I've read similar things elsewhere. But then part of me things this guy is a quack.......more
