Totally disappointing! This book started out great as a very quick read but then the plot became so convoluted that it became almost ridiculous which led to a definite drop in interest level. Palmer really knocked one out of the park with this one. A couple looking to adopt take in a homeless young lady, who happens to be pregnant, with hopes of adopting her baby. Can you see anything that may go wrong here? I really won't say anymore about the story. It would be like describing a wonder......more

This book had more twists and turns than a roller coaster. Something was off, though, not quite sure what. The editing? Something wasn't as polished as it should have been and about a zillion surprises towards the end. It speeded up like a coaster, too. I'll read another book by this author to give......more
