A former marine biologist who completed her PhD at the Gatty Marine Laboratory in St. Andrews, Scotland, Toni Anderson has traveled the world with her work. Cold Spite is another fantastic read written by Toni Anderson. I loved the intrigue and romance. The characters are well developed. The plot and storyline kept me involved.
