3.5 rating up - I didn't always like it for sure! But when I liked it I really did. Reminded me I absolutely want to learn more about hypnosis. Should probably visit the website for the audios and listen again to the magic tricks some day.......more

The book is mostly sensible advice for every day - how to handle stress, dealing with negative people, remembering names etc. In parts however, this advice is a bit over the top.
