Synopsis

Arthur Burke woke up this morning in a strange office with a lump on his head and he has no idea where hes been for the last three weeks. Burke has read the story of the murder of George Digby in the morning paper and is afraid that he had something to do with it. Burke calls Blackie to help him find out.

About Jack Boyle

Jack Boyle (1881-1928) was the creator of the honorable criminal Boston Blackie, a popular character featured in radio serials, movies, and TV shows throughout the early twentieth century. After moving to San Francisco to work as a newspaperman, Boyle became addicted to opium and turned to a life of crime. He wrote the first Boston Blackie stories in San Quentin.
