I was so worried for Paisley and Mika in this one. I wanted to finish it to know they were okay, but I didn’t want to keep reading in case they got into danger. The fear was palpable in this one! Much better than the first one. This time there was less focus on the interactions between her and the kid, and more on the actual murder mystery which made it more enjoyable.
