This is the first time I have read any of Marlo Schalesky's books. I really enjoyed this one. It is a love story that reminded me somewhat of Nicholas Sparks' The Notebook. I did not like this book. It had too many scenes taking place in the past and at the present time. You never knew what time sequence you were in. It also talked about a young lady that had macular degeneration. It reminded me so much of my mother and her struggle with limited sight. Not a good memor......more
