She produces a weekly television show of the same name, hosts a Webby-recognized weekly podcast, has written for numerous online publications, including the Huffington Post and Mind Body Green, and has appeared on The Dr. Oz Show and Huff Po Live, and in the award-winning documentaries Vegucated and The Ghosts in Our Machine.
The 4-1/2 stars is for the superb memoir. 5 full stars for her early years and coming to veganism and only a half star off for the latter part describing how she achieves weight loss and better health through juice fasting.
