Synopsis

SAIL AWAY Adam Drake was determined to clear his name of the false charges that ruined his career at Montgomery Inns — and if that meant deceiving the hotelier’s beloved daughter, Marnie Montgomery, and even stowing away on her boat, so be it. If she had secrets, he would discover every single one.... MILLION DOLLAR BABY When Chandra Hill is awakened by a cry in the night, she is shocked to discover an abandoned newborn in her barn. Emergency room doctor Dallas O’Rourke finds himself bonding instantly with the baby — and the intriguing woman who brought him in. And when the baby’s adoption becomes national news, he’s stunned to realize he wants a life with them both....

Author Bio

Born in Oregon in 1952, American author, Lisa Jackson, began her career in 1983 with her book, The Twist of Fate, and is still presently writing. She is a number one author on The New York Times bestselling list, writing more than 85 published novels. (She also uses the pseudonym of Susan Lynn Crose.)

As with many authors, Lisa began writing when she was a struggling mother, out of necessity to put food on the table. At that time, she probably did not realize that she would end up with a writing career putting her neck deep in romantic, murder mysteries. Lisa is best known for taking her readers to "the edge of sanity...... and back". Dangerous secrets, deadly passions, lies, clues, personal relationships.......all intertwined to create the terror and madness that can exist in the world.

Lisa is now a typical spoiling grandmother who loves her grandchildren and her little pug dog named Jackie-O-No. She loves old rock and roll, pop, and new country music. She leads a pretty quiet, fulfilling life in her native state of Oregon.......time with family, walks with her sister (also an author), coffee, crossword puzzles and great TV.
